Effects of Regular Exercise

Regular exercise has a number of positive impacts on human health. Firstly, doing exercise regularly makes it easier to prevent or reduce the damage stemming from oxidation within the body. Thus, our body relaxes and we feel more sound. Secondly, it accelerates blood circulation and protects us from vascular diseases like heart attacks. Therefore, regular exercise is of high importance to improve blood flow in the vessels. Thirdly, when we exercise, we supply the oxygen our cells need. This increased oxygen in the blood strengthens our immunity. In addition, we can balance the energy levels in our body via regularly done exercise. To cite an example, regular exercise helps our body convert some of the fat into protein and carbonhydrates. As a result, we can lose weight or build up our muscles. Finally, doing exercise makes us mentally feel better because we forget about our daily problems and socialize with other athletes int he gym. In brief, regular exercise is beneficial for all people in many aspects.
